Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of our custom items, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for these items.  Should you have any issues or questions regarding your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email: l.e.gracedesigns@gmail.com

 *Custom Order Policy at L.E. Grace Designs*

1. *No Refunds*: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we cannot offer refunds once the order has been placed.

2. *Exchanges*: Exchanges are available for custom orders, but only under the following conditions: - The customer identifies an issue with the product that deviates from the approved proof. - The product received has a manufacturing defect or damage not caused by shipping or handling.

3. *No Exchanges After Proof Approval*: Once the proof for a custom order has been approved by the customer, no exchanges will be entertained. It is crucial for customers to thoroughly review and ensure that the proof meets their expectations before approval.

4. *Product of Equal Value*: If a refund or exchange is not possible, we will provide an alternative product of equal value to ensure customer satisfaction. Please note: We always strive for perfection and your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you have any concerns or feedback, do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

We do not provide refunds for missing packages. If a package is missing, we ask that you email us at l.e.gracedesigns@gmail.com
A claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier and then we will decide if the order qualifies to resend a new package requiring a signature.
